Paying by Credit or Debit Card
1. Most major UK and international Credit/Debit cards are accepted, including :
Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Switch, Solo, Electron,
2. Look on this page for the correct amount, for your consultation or supplement order.
3. Click on the Nochex link. A window will open to a secure online payment service called NOCHEX. This is similar to paypal but English, and from my point of view, the fees are lower. Please note, payments may use a different email address from my contact email.
4. Enter your card details and all other required details.
5. Your delivery address must be the same as your card billing address.
You will be sent an email receipt.
Please note this payment will appear on your statement as NOCHEX LTD. and not as Helen Swan, or Natural Health Answers.
6. Any problems, please notify me immediately.
Note 1: Mastercard may charge users of Nochex a cash handling fee. Other cards have no charge, as far as I know. Most major international cards accepted, subject to the conditions of NOCHEX.
Note 2: In case of problems please let me know. You can contact NOCHEX direct at www.nochex.com/shoppers/.
The procedure is to 'submit a ticket' with your question, and wait for them to contact you.
Note 3: For children 16 years and under, you may only pay by card, cheques are not accepted.

I can arrange home visits, at no extra charge,if you live within approximately 10 miles/16 km. of Totnes.
Home visits further away may be possible, for an extra charge.
Please ask about family rates, acute treatment, and childbirth support.
There is a deposit for first consultations, please see below.
Concessionary rates are available at the clinic, but not for home visits or email consultations.

ADULTS: first consultation £50.00
Follow-up consultations £38.00
CHILDREN 16 and under: first consultation £45.00
Follow-up consultations £33.00
If you live in the UK, the cost of homeopathic treatment is included.
Other suggested supplements are not included.

£5 per day is a non-returnable deposit.
Deposits and Cancellation Fees
Deposit for First Consultations (Home or clinic visits)
First Consultation within 7 days of booking:
Payment in full must be received before day of appointment.
Pay either by cheque/cash to my address, or pay online, see above.
First Consultation booked 7 days or more in advance:
Please confirm your booking with a deposit of £25. Balance payable at time of appointment.
I regret - no appointments can be confirmed until payment/deposit is received.
Cancelation Fees (Home or clinic visits)
24 hours notice of change or cancellation is requested, if not, full payment may be required, at my discretion.
Deposits/payments may be refunded for first appointments cancelled with 24 hours notice; shorter notice, you may lose your deposit/payment.
If I have to change dates at short notice myself, I will refund any deposit, or offer you a discount on your fee.
Deposit and Cancellation for Antenatal Courses
£5 per day is a non-returnable deposit. The remainder can usually be returned in the event of cancellation 7 days or more before the course.

If you live in the UK, the cost of homeopathic treatment is included. Other suggested supplements are not included. I will post your individual homeopathic remedy, with full instructions.
Online Consultations Outside UK
ADULTS AND CHILDREN: first consultation £60.00
Follow-up consultations £50.00
If you live outside the UK, the cost of your remedy is not included.
I will give you full details of how you can order your prescription from a pharmacy.
Deposits and Cancellation Fees
These do not apply for online consultations, because all treatment is paid in advance.

How to Pay by Cheque
Adults in the UK can pay by cheque.
Outside the UK, you can pay by cheque if you have a UK bank account.
All services for children 16 and under must be paid for by an adult, using credit or debit card.
Please make sure your cheque arrives at least 5 working days before your appointment, or before your Report or supplement order is sent.
