Why Viridian?
You will see many Viridian vitamins and other products recommended in the Health Topics pages. I recommend Viridian supplements because they are excellent quality and pure; many are also vegetarian/vegan (please ask for info on vegan supplements), locally sourced, and organic. All the products are capsules or liquids, so they include no artificial fillers or additives.
Viridian have a good environmental policy, supporting recycling, local produce and environmental protection. They donate part of their profits to charity. Viridian are against all animal testing of supplements. You can visit their website at www.viridian-nutrition.com.
Viridian products are packaged in glass. This does add to the postage, but allows you to recycle the packaging at your bottle bank, or even re-use as herb jars in your kitchen!
I supply only Viridian supplements, and I supply these to clients in my homeopathic practice.

How to Order and Pay
1. Contact me and let me know what you are interested in. I can send you a form for your details, and we will sort out the price.

2. If you would like safety guidance about your supplements, please fill in the sections about your medical conditions and drugs.

3. You can calculate the total yourself, or if you prefer, I will do it for you and let you know the total.
Remember postage.
4. You can pay by card, or cheque if you live in the UK. I use a secure Online payment system called Nochex.

5. When payment is received, your order can be dispatched. Delivery within 14 days, usually much sooner, 3-4 days.
6. By placing an order, you are deemed to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

Delivery/Postage Rates
Delivery normally within 2 weeks of order, in UK.
Always sent recorded first class 'packet' post with the Post Office, where available.
Parcels must be signed for, so if you are not usually at home, please make suitable arrangements. If I have to re-send, I will charge postage again.
Local clients may arrange for personal delivery at a cost of £2.00 for any number of items. Again, please make arrangements to receive the delivery, missed delivery will be charged for. I will let you know when I can deliver, this may take up to a week.
Insurance: Normal UK first class post carries a small compensation amount, usually £39. Special services, such as next-day delivery, carry a higher compensation amount. If you wish to arrange particular insurance, please contact me for details or visit the Post Office website for up to date information.
Outside the UK: The UK Post Office service is not usually liable for loss or damage outside the United Kingdom, where postal and delivery services of other countries are involved. USA note: under recent legislation, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) may require the submission to the FDA of prior notice of the import into USA of any food, including food supplements. It is your responsibility to check.

Returns and Complaints
.jpg) RETURNS: Any unopened and undamaged bottles may be returned without question within 2 weeks, if you notify me first.
Full refund, not including delivery. Refunds may be sent as cheque, by post.
If I am unable to supply your order within 2 weeks, I will let you know, and give you the option of a full refund.
COMPLAINTS: I will listen to any reasonable complaint, and my insurance covers any negligence on my part, but this must be proved. Remember that you cannot complain if you have not given me all relevant information.

I take no responsibility for damage in the post, nor for non-arrival of goods due to theft, postal failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds in these instances. You may be entitled to compensation from the Post Office for loss, damage or unreasonable delay, within the UK. If you are concerned about the value of your order, please ask about extra insurance.
If you live outside the UK, it is your responsibility to check the legal status of importing these supplements. No refunds if you pay for illegal imports.
None of this affects your legal rights.
